Licensing

Pachinko Bounty operates as a licensed amusement venue under Queensland law. All play on our machines redeems for prizes through the in-house bounty system; no cash gambling takes place on the premises. Entry is restricted to persons aged 18 and over, and photo ID is required.

Website terms

Content on this website is provided for general information about our club, services and events. Prices, prize stock, machine availability and schedules change without notice, though we try to keep the site current. Bookings are confirmed only when we issue written confirmation, and all venue rules displayed on the floor apply to every guest.

Intellectual property

The Pachinko Bounty name, logo, website design, photography and text on this site belong to Pachinko Bounty Entertainment Brisbane Pty Ltd. Machine artwork and game names referenced on the floor belong to their respective manufacturers. You may not reproduce our content commercially without written permission.

GDPR notice

Our club is based in Australia and bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We do not actively market to or monitor visitors located in the European Union. If you are an EU resident who has contacted us or booked while travelling, you hold the same practical rights we extend under Australian law: access, correction, deletion and objection to marketing.

Liability

Guests play at their own risk within our published house rules. We are not liable for indirect loss, for belongings left unattended, or for interruptions caused by machine faults, power events or matters outside our control. Statutory consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law are unaffected by this notice.

Governing law

This notice and any dispute arising from the website or the club are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Courts in Brisbane have exclusive jurisdiction.
