Peak hours at Queen Street Mall mean the good machines are taken. A reserved session fixes that: pick your unit from the live floor map, pay for your hour and the machine is roped off with your name on it.
Your session price includes a starting token load matched to the machine class, and floor staff top you up at member rates for the rest of your visit. If you are new, the beginner masterclass pairs well with a first reservation, and longer visits can roll straight into the VIP lounge when a seat opens.

Yes, in half-hour blocks at the same hourly rate, provided the next slot on that unit is free. Floor staff can check and extend without you leaving the seat.
