Refund Policy
Cancellation, reschedule and refund terms for sessions, events, packages and memberships at Pachinko Bounty Entertainment Brisbane.
The short version
Cancel or reschedule within the published window for your booking and there is no charge. Miss the window and the booking is forfeited, though we try to be reasonable when life happens. Machine faults on our side always mean a swap, credit or refund, your choice.
Machine sessions
Reserved machine sessions can be moved or cancelled free of charge up to 4 hours before the start time. Inside 4 hours the session is non-refundable but can still be gifted to another guest: tell us the name at the desk. A 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals.
Lounge and classes
VIP lounge bookings and masterclass seats reschedule or cancel free up to 24 hours before the session. Inside 24 hours we offer a credit rather than a refund, valid for 60 days.
Tournaments
Tournament buy-ins are refundable until the Wednesday before the Friday bracket. After Wednesday, seats are transferable to another named player but not refundable, because the draw and pool are set.
Events and hires
Celebration packages reschedule free up to 7 days out. Corporate and premium lounge hire deposits are transferable once to a new date within six months. Cancellations inside 14 days forfeit the deposit because the floor space is already off public sale.
Memberships
Monthly memberships cancel any time and run to the end of the paid period. Yearly memberships cancel with a refund of full unused months, minus a 15% administration fee on the remaining term. Banked bounty stays redeemable for 90 days after cancellation.
Machine faults
If a machine faults during your paid session we pause the clock and offer an equivalent machine swap immediately. If no suitable machine is free, you choose between session credit and a proportional refund for the unused time.

Email [email protected] or call +61 7 3229 4444 with your booking reference. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Credits appear on your member account instantly.
Consumer law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Where a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to the remedies the law provides.
