Acceptance

By entering the club, booking a session or using this website you accept these terms. If you book on behalf of a group, you confirm you have authority to accept them for every guest in the party.

Entry and conduct

• Entry is restricted to guests aged 18 or over with valid photo ID.
• We may refuse entry or remove guests who are intoxicated, abusive or damaging to machines or the experience of others.
• One player per seat. Food and drink stay at the lounge tables, never at the machines.
• A tray, card or jacket marks a machine as taken for up to 15 minutes.
• Photography is welcome at your own machine; keep other guests out of frame.

Bookings and payments

Online bookings are confirmed by email and held as stated in the booking terms: reserved machines for 15 minutes past the hour, lounge and event packages per their schedules. Prices include GST. Cancellation and reschedule windows are listed per service and honoured as published in our Refund Policy.

Machines and play

Machines are provided for amusement. Ball counts are verified by counting machine and are final. If a machine faults mid-session, staff pause your play and offer a machine swap, credit or refund at the duty manager's call. Deliberate machine tilting, slapping or foreign objects in the ball path ends the session without refund.

Bounty redemption

Won balls convert to bounty credit against the prize wall on the day they are won, or to banked member credit. Prizes are subject to availability and the published count values. Bounty credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Full mechanics are described on our redemption page.

Membership

Membership tiers, rates and perks are as published. Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled, can be paused for up to three months per year, and carry no lock-in. Banked bounty lasts 12 months of active membership and 90 days after cancellation. Membership is personal and cannot be shared.

Events and groups

Corporate, celebration and hire bookings are bound by their individual run sheets. Deposits secure the date and are transferable as published. The booking contact is responsible for the group's conduct and for communicating our 18+ and ID rules to every guest.

Responsible play

Pachinko is entertainment. Set a session budget, take breaks, and treat the floor as a night out rather than an income. Guests who feel their play is becoming a problem can speak to any manager for a self-exclusion arrangement, and we honour self-exclusion requests permanently.

Changes

We may update these terms as services evolve. The current version always appears on this page. Continued use of the club or the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
